CME Launches The Solar4STEM 3-In-1 Electricity Education Kit

A new, diverse electricity educational kit is now available for educators, schools, science centers, and other STEM champions and stakeholders.

Pinellas Park, FL (PRWEB) - Under its solar4® brand, Custom Manufacturing & Engineering™ (CME™) is excited to announce the launch of their new solar4STEM® 3-in-1 Electricity Kit, a portable educational kit for “out of the box” electricity education in the classroom or science lab. The ready to use kit includes over 50 activities in Electricity, Solar Energy, and Magnetism for guided, hands-on experimentation. This Grade 4 through 8 electricity-focused kit is part of CME’s support of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) initiatives and to equip teachers and students with a robust capability to develop knowledge and skills to learn how to solve tough problems, gather and evaluate evidence, and make sense of information. The solar4STEM Electricity Education Kit is specifically designed for upper elementary and middle school science/engineering oriented classrooms and STEM academies and day camps. The 3-in-1 kit is easy to use by students to conduct various electrical, solar energy, and magnetism experiments. This Education Kit is a new addition to CME’s flagship educational training product called solar4STEM 200, a best of category, experiential solar energy instructional aid for school administrators, teachers, and other STEM champions in industry, government, or foundations who seek to provide better quality solar energy education in their schools.

The solar4STEM Electricity Education Kit is being marketed throughout the USA to STEM stakeholders and is available online. With realistic components and handheld multimeter included plus a collection of suggested student activities provided in an instructional guide, the kit aids the teacher in preparing class lessons and provides students with real-world activities that can be performed indoor or outdoor. Long a proponent and supporter of STEM initiatives to advance education in our schools, the company’s involvement in practical STEM products led to the development of the solar4STEM products after seeing the lack of similar products for K-12 education.

"Our goal is to empower students by creating relevant science education products. CME employees are passionate about designing, manufacturing, and marketing new products like solar4STEM that will enhance science and engineering education and enable children to learn," said Dr. Nancy Crews, Chief Executive Officer/President of CME.
